Problem is, karma works just like planes. Before we ever heard about KM, we had already invested a lot of effort in either ignoring our co-workers and suppliers and customers and the world, or even working to “beat” them somehow. And all these karmic seeds are still there in our mind: nothing is lost, for good or for bad.
