The First Law of Karma says: Whatever you want from life You must do for someone else first. —Jey Rinpoche (1357–1419), Teacher of the First Dalai Lama
Each day, every day before you start work, write down one specific action that you’re going to take to make each one of these four successful. It doesn’t need to be something big—it probably shouldn’t be something big. Just one thing you can honestly get done today that will contribute to their success.
The way to shut off a karma is to be absolutely careful not to do any more of it now.
