Therefore, subjective consciousness is not the body, but it uses the body. It is our self-conscious identity. For the most part, throughout our life, it is localized within the physical body. The other element of consciousness is the intelligent awareness within us that gives us life every day. Let’s term this objective consciousness or the subconscious .
