Nineveh.

Jeremiah was not told to prophesy the destruction of Nineveh: that was the prophet Jonah, who was sent by God to warn Nineveh of its wickedness and impending judgment. Jeremiah was called by God to prophesy the destruction of Jerusalem by the Babylonians, not Nineveh. The destruction of Nineveh was also prophesied by the prophet Nahum.
