I was so fucking exhausted of being scared and jumpy all the time. Omegas needed touch to survive, but I could hardly tolerate even the slightest physical contact anymore.
my actual favorite movie is Pride and Prejudice.
Fictional men would never hurt me or think I’m too fat. Who needs real men?
He sighed, staying crouched down. “Sweet omega, you are a gift. Those alphas don’t deserve you. You deserve a pack that will worship the ground you walk on and gives you whatever you want and need. Do you understand?”
Ben’s voice broke through my spiraling thoughts. “Josie, I hope you know how special we think you are, and we hope you choose us.” “We know you don’t really know us yet,” Theo added, “But we would love to get to know you more and would be honored if you chose us as your pack.” “We promise to protect and care for you,” Cam added.
“We’ll need to be careful and take things slow if she’s scared of alphas,” Theo said, a deep sadness permeating his voice. I would find out who had hurt her and end them. My alpha was feeling bloodthirsty and wanted revenge for our mate.
Everything in me screamed to pull my mate into the house and lock the door behind her, leaving her parents on the front porch. And then it could start pouring down rain. With lightning. A little electrocution of your enemies never hurt anyone.
“You’re our mate,” he said, his voice deep and rough. “We’ll do anything for you and want you here more than anything. I’m so fucking grateful we were asked to do the interview because I would murder any other pack that got close to you.”
I almost shouted, frantically looking around the room as if a How to Stop Fucking Things Up and Upsetting Your Omega You Dipshit manual would appear.
“You have to learn to share,” Ben said, his tone adorably sleepy. “I think fucking not,” Cam murmured into my ear.
My mate, my omega, my girl. I loved Josie.
“Look at his hand! He touched her bare hand, and he’s feeling things,” I shouted, pointing at Mr. Darcy from my perch on the den sectional. “I thought he hated her,”
“I wish you could see yourself like I do right now. You are an angel.” His voice was a reverent whisper.
Even though I had nothing to compare it to, I thought his was particularly nice. A+ dick. 10/10. Fuck, I’m such a nerd.
“Umm… is that a piercing?” I asked, my eye catching on two silver metal balls.
“I wouldn’t do that. I don’t care what you look like, Ben. I love all of you, and I’m always going to be attracted to you.”
Beautiful, you’re my mate. I’m completely taken with you. I love you.”
“Yes, precious, I love you. You have my whole heart, and that’s not going to change.”
I love you.” I exhaled, tentative hope seizing my chest. “You love me?” “Of course, I do,” Josie said with a smile. “I love you, sweetheart, so fucking much.”
“Thank you for giving me you. The sweetest gift I could ever be trusted with,” he said, voice tight.
Holy wow, talk about buns of steel. I squeezed them again. How do you even get a butt this muscular? Theo and Ben choked with laughter, and I realized I had said that part out loud. Cam groaned as he muttered, “Fucking hell.”
“I like everything to do with you. Every little sound you make, your expression when you come. Everything about you enchants me,”
“Damn, Theo. Maybe I need to read more romance books. That was smooth,” Ben said.
“We haven’t been together long, but the three of us can’t imagine our lives without you.”
“We knew the moment we saw you that you belonged with us. We wanted to make sure you knew that whenever you’re ready, we want to make it official,”
