The first published Bible using this format for both the Old Testament and the New Testament probably was the Geneva Bible published after 1500 AD.
The first book to appear was the Book of James, written about 44 AD by the brother of Jesus.
Around 50 AD or so, Paul’s letters or epistles began to come out, starting with Galatians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians. Roughly at that time, the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, and Luke came out too.

Bartholomew and Andrew ministered in Armenia among other places.
the Gospel of John probably came out in the decade of 80 AD – 90 AD, at least forty-seven years after the commonly agreed upon date of the crucifixion.
