While the first season sold Shiv to us as the most liberal and progressive thinking of the Roy clan, perhaps untouched by their moral murkiness, she shows herself to actually be just as corrupt when she helps cover up decades of shady dealings and rampant sexual abuse at Waystar Royco, tapping into the exact same language of victim blaming that is synonymous with wider rape culture.
