How can people who have influence over other people really ever learn anything if they get only positive feedback, if they get away with everything? If you’re not called out for stupid things you’ve said and done, then how can you progress? We need to give each other room to grow, and to have tough conversations on- and off-line. Let’s look up from our fucking phones, girl, and have more empathy for each other. I know that it’s so much easier said than done, but we can at least try.
