Then there were the dull silver photograph frames containing Edwardian relatives. I didn’t like having to take the photographs out of the frames and throw them away. It felt like the families of the relatives had discarded their memories, decided they were nothing but old rubbish. That’ll be me soon—put out with the jumble.
