At first we thought these Napikwans were animals and incapable of reproducing with human beings. But they were intelligent like human beings and they piled up many furs. Gradually they left the mountains and went away. They were not like these Napikwans today who live on the plains and raise their whitehorns. We could live with those first ones.”
