An entrepreneur and strategist, Bill led the charge to develop a closed-group model at North Point. I don’t know of any other church that had embraced this concept before Bill began championing it. His leadership and courage enabled us to develop closed groups that multiply. We were told that it couldn’t be done and that we were foolish to try. Bill proved the skeptics wrong.
