Equality and justice are fundamentally economic problems and the more we get distracted by identity politicking and virtue signaling the less we actually accomplish in terms of addressing structural inequality. I honestly believe that most of the time liberals would rather be right than win. Their entire worldview is completely assailable, and I don’t think it makes me a bad person to want to advocate for an approach that actually stands a chance of working.”
