Legit dumb. They were making circles before they had an affinity and aphrodite made circles with her friends when she was a dark daughter so wtf do they now hace to have an affinity to call an element. And also why can she call spirit but not earth? It literally makes NO sense.

Please dont do another circle. These books are 25 percent repetitively calling circles. Once youve read it once you can just skip the rest.

But I was also feeling dizzy and weirdly giggly. “Hey, she don’t look right,” Kramisha said. “But I feel more right. Or is that righter? Which is it, Damien-Shamien?” I paused and giggled, which hurt my chest so I clamped my lips tight together to make myself stop.

I was glad to see that Darius wasn’t all puffed up and ready to continue the fight, like an idiot teenage boy would have been (hello, Heath and Erik!), and then I understood. Darius was still protecting me.
