It is a little odd to think that an elf king is acting as a detective, I pondered as I watched the incident with abstract interest—though I was still mostly just relieved I’d avoided the creepy tracker guy. Maybe it’s because he’s better at passing as a human? I mean, he’s more convincing than Charon the Shadow Stalker, but not by much given his sculpture-like looks.
