This was not the conversation I wanted to have with him. Not now. Not when I even thought about the trust I’d gained but didn’t deserve. Kieran saw it and kept going. “So, there is no reason for you to do anything—to do that to her. Especially if what you’ve told me about her is true. She doesn’t deserve how that will fuck with her.”
