Marxists seem to understand this in their usual backwards way. That can be glimpsed in the fact that they call everything else a form of eugenics because they think we live in an artificially selected social environment that benefits the few at the expense of the many—it’s always already happening through the “bad” people unless the means of production are seized by the “good” people.
