O: The LORD knows when you have sinned. You cannot hide it. And until you confess and truly repent, he will not be with you and you will not inherit the kingdom of heaven.
A: Be real with God. Confess your sins and ask for forgiveness for them and also ask him to reveal the unknown sins so that you may ask for forgiveness. Also don’t just confess but truly repent (change) your ways because he knows if you have or not and if you haven’t you will not gain salvation and cannot be redeemed.
P: Heavenly father, only you know everything in my heart, thoughts and soul. Only you know all of my wicked deeds and sins. I come to you, the all powerful all knowing and the one and only true redeemer and forgiver to ask for forgiveness and see me as I repent and also struggle with repentance. Help me keep my promise to repent as you have kept your promises to me. I also ask you to make known my sins so that I may recognize them and change my ways. Cleanse my heart, make me new so I may walk shameless and in your mercy, love and glory. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

And everyone assembled here will know that the LORD rescues his people, but not with sword and spear.
