my favorite Taylor Swift song is “Exile” with Bon Iver. I pretend I like the song because Bon Iver is on it. Really, I like the song because I like Taylor.

Listening to Taylor isn’t enough to erase all your sins, though it does give you a leg up over the last guy I dated who called her a “talentless hack.”
