Lord, we confess that we are anxious about many things, and we don’t want to be. We confess that we so often want to take control of our lives and our circumstances, even though You have a better plan. We believe that You promise us peace and that You give it to us. We believe that You love us enough to orchestrate Your very best on our behalf, even when we cannot see it. Help us receive this promise and live out of it day by day, moment by moment. We trust You.
