the way she is handling this and many other situations in her life is very disappointing. im not mad at her and i dont not like her but its frustrating and disappointing how insecure she is. she is unable to take control of herself and her life and keeps telling herself this narrative that she is a failure which causes her to self sabotage. and tbh i see myself in her a little bit. in this scene you can see her literally fight with herself. she know she is not incompatible with kai, she knows she shouldn’t be pushing him away, but she cant help herself. her insecurities are telling her that she is unworthy and so thats what she believes and she lets that dictate how she acts and reacts. its honestly very sad.
