Geoff’s throat began to bulge unnaturally. His esophagus crinkled as the fetus filled it. Geoff screeched and burbled. The fetus’s legs stuck out from his bloodied mouth, like a half-buried corpse in Dante’s hell. Its little toes wiggled like upturned worms.
