OK, so I have a theory. Is this like a Greek or Roman mythology thing where Zeus kills Kratos because they’re looting to Des killing his own father so if you go off that alone, his dad might not actually be dead. He might just be you know kidnapping people to raise his power, but he also has the ability to shape shift or make people see what they wanna see and they never see him and he’s framing his son so he can get his kingdom back
