The first prospective core study with Pfizer vaccine ages 13 to 18 found that a large fraction, nearly half, were asymptomatic of myocarditis. That means a substantial number of young people in fact are sustaining heart damage and they don’t know it, their parents don’t know it, and the first manifestation of heart damage can be cardiac arrest.
