“If I remember right, we have a mystery to solve with the rest of the Scooby squad.”

The door flies open and Crew enters, beaming with his Halloween mask in his hand. “You're now looking at a straight-A student.” The wide grin spread across his face makes it obvious he’s missed out on what’s going on. When he catches our perplexed looks, his expression quickly drops. “Tough crowd. Who died?”

“Fun?” I shout, all the while laughing menacingly. “You expect me to have fun?” I turn my head, looking at him where he stands with a flashlight only a couple feet away. “This fucking psycho pushed my sister off a mountain. He’s preyed upon Sc, err…all of us for months. Hell, maybe even years. He’s been watching and waiting, and for all I know, he’s the one who killed…” I don’t let myself finish the sentence. I won’t allow my mind to go there again. Not right now. Not when I’m here and the answers are under my fingertips.

“I didn’t know what happiness felt like anymore, until tonight, because I found out exactly what it doesn’t feel like. And it sure as hell wasn’t happiness I felt when I blew her world apart.”

Better get those eyes checked, because you’re gonna need to watch more than just me and Jagger.
