The skills resource behaves a little differently from the others, because it’s always slowly decreasing. That doesn’t mean you’re forgetting what you know (though you will lose fluency with technologies or techniques that you don’t use for a long time); it means that any technical skill set slowly becomes less relevant and eventually gets out of date.
