Understand that put-up-with-ness is a talent. And I’ve had to showcase this talent a lot. Every time I bring a new person onto my team or my company, there’s a level of put-up-with-ness that has to be displayed. This person may not know what to do or may not fit in at first, so you’re the one who has to shape, mold, and fix.
