Sometimes I wish that when Jay left me, he left the kids too. Which is selfish and irresponsible to think—

“No one is entirely worthy of any love. We don’t deserve it. It’s not something we’re guaranteed. Love is simply a gift. It’s something you give and it’s something you receive. Even when you’ve done everything in your power to turn your back from it, love—real love—will always come back.”
