The Spectacular

I’m aware of my limitations, but I’m not defined by them.

She hadn’t realized until now what a passive participant she’d been in her own life, gliding along with everyone else’s desires for her future.

But underneath all the fretting and worry was something she was just starting to put a finger on, something that she knew was the driving force behind her actions over the past two days: a tiny flame of excitement at having made a decision and followed through.
