Ask and seek, and your heart will grow big enough to receive him and keep him as your own,” writes Mother Teresa.2 We come for gifts, and we get the Giver. And we find ourselves seated at his table, welcomed, accepted, and loved, being fed, being listened to, relaxing in the warm presence of the loving God.
