When we pray with Jesus, we—almost accidentally—start doing the sorts of things Jesus did. It’s like we can’t help it. Intimacy in prayer is the way to lasting fruitfulness. Our lives are about intimacy. Fruitfulness is the collateral gain of that intimacy.
