There’s a phrase in Psalm 112 I hardly go a week without pondering: “Surely the righteous will never be shaken; they will be remembered forever. They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the LORD.”8 No fear of bad news? Can you even imagine living with that sort of resilience? My psyche is fragile.
