Very odd that he only ever calls her by her first name.

But the more times he asks me about it, the more I wonder.

She gives up on her convictions and lets this man gaslight her so easily.

“I assume Judy would have called one.”

There’s something about the sound of his voice that makes my skin crawl. You can tell just from listening to him that he’s not a good person.

So its definitely Ethan

get a warm fuzzy feeling all over my body. I hit the husband jackpot. I don’t know why my friends don’t like him. Whenever we talk about him, they always say, this or that is a red flag. But Ethan is a genuinely good guy.

Common sense but also taking every opportunity to make this man seem guilty!

But I can’t ask him, because that would be asking about his past, and apparently, I’m not allowed to do that.

“Yeah…” He sighs. “I’m not going to lie—I’m not thrilled with you right now. But I see why you wanted to get rid of that video. And… I’m glad I could help you.” A lopsided smile creeps onto his face. “Also, it’s good to know that you’re not so perfect either.”

My husband works out. He’s got the big guns, which you can see peeking out under the bottom of the sleeves of that Yankees T-shirt.

I don’t know if he’s going to make good on his promise to tell the police about it, but if there’s any chance of that, I’ve got to put back all the tapes I removed from the room. I don’t want to be accused of tampering with evidence.
