Sālim ibn Abī ’l-Jaʿd narrated that ʿĪsā ibn Maryam said, ‘Blessed is the one who guards his tongue, whose house is enough for him and who weeps over his mistakes.’ (Dīnawarī in Mujālasah 1224).1
