Mrs. Hollins looks up from her desk. She’s eating a sandwich. I gaze at her apologetically and do a little awkward wave as I slink into the bathroom. The inside of the library staff bathroom smells like lavender. I dive into one of the stalls and am relieved to see that the doors are pristine. No writing here.
