Tsao mi fun is a rice noodle dish that is popular among Taiwanese families. Sliced pork loin, napa cabbage, onion, carrots, and bean sprouts were paired with garlic, egg, oil, Chinese five spice, and cornstarch and fried together to make a savory bowl of noodle-y goodness.
Having lived in Taiwan for over 15 years this recipe brought back some good memories and intend to cook it as soon as I buy the rice noodles 🍜
