We don’t even have to speak. She doesn’t even have to ask me to leave, because I know that’s what I need to do.

“Well… I’m glad we had this talk, Daniel, but the fact that we already professed our mutual love for each other tonight is leaving me a little overwhelmed. I’ll see you tomorrow.” He stands up and begins walking toward his car. “I love you, Holder!” I yell after him. “Best friends forever!” He keeps walking forward, but lifts his hand in the air and flips me off.
