“If we have our own why in life, we shall get along with almost any how,” Nietzsche wrote.
Nietzsche argued that suffering is a good thing that should be leaned into, embraced, and used as fuel toward the amassing of strength and psychological power.
Every decision you’ve made was the best and only decision you could’ve made at the time with the information you had and the state of mind you were in.
And every condition of life that either these decisions led to or that are fundamental to life in general, you have no control over and cannot change.
Resenting or fighting against what has happened to you or because of you only brings additional misery into the now,

It can help us attempt to live in the spirit of individuality, to raise the sail of one’s own ship and use the unknowable force of the wind, always moving forward, finding beauty in the vastness that surrounds us, and creating our self anew.
