In 2022, a video of Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy telling Ukrainian troops to surrender to their Russian invaders was debunked by Zelenskyy himself. Although the video was of poor quality, and easily identified as a fraud, it is inevitable that these will get better with time and technological advancement.
