“Well, I’ve been getting to know this guy, who I really like, and we’ve been taking it slow.” I meet his eyes. “And maybe I wanted to hit the accelerator.” “Mm, talk cars to me, baby.” “You get my engine going.”

“Nope, today I’m going to take my time enjoying you.” Another soft kiss. “You can be my little Whorson next time.”
