the devil is limited. Yes, the Bible describes demonic beings as “authorities” over certain worldly powers that they wield against us, but their authority has a limit. Simply put, demons yield to God and submit to His authority. They tremble at the name of Jesus. God’s Word promises us, “The one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world” (1 John 4:4 NIV).
