Everybody on your team can recite your strategy in a sentence or two. My least-favorite answer to the oft-asked question, “What is your team’s strategy?” is “I’ll forward you the deck!” If your strategy is so complicated that it can’t be summarized in a sentence or two, then the odds are very slim that your team is actually thinking about it when they make important executional decisions.
