Visual communicators Some people cannot grasp a concept until they have seen it visualized. As a person who primarily uses words to communicate, it took me a long time to accept this. I would often become frustrated and just find myself using more words when my meticulously composed messages were met with blank stares. If you are not a visual communicator, visual communicators on your team can offer you a great opportunity to refine and focus your own thinking by quickly sketching out or visually prototyping your ideas.
