How long? How long must we sing this song? A long time, actually, already more than a third of a century. Larry has an unusual concentration; he is single-minded. He is there for the audience by signaling to them that he is not theirs. He is his own man. A protective layer, rooted in his artistic sensitivity, covers him. He is often on guard lest somebody take advantage of what could be vulnerability.
