Xavier’s Corned Beef Hash 1 can corned beef hash, or leftovers from a corned beef and potato hash dinner 2 eggs Place the hash in a skillet and heat thoroughly over medium heat. Make two indentations in the hash, fill each with an egg, and cook until the eggs are set to desired doneness.
