Finally, to the land of the Ojibwe Anishinaabe that holds memory of me. To the waters that carried that knowledge to the place I live now, land that holds memory of Michi Saagiig Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee. Land and water that remember treaties and agreements made between humans and greater-than-human relatives. Stars and other beings that bore witness to these agreements.
