Seth slowed to wait for me, getting a front-row seat to the shock Tom leveled me with. The conversation started off innocently enough, catching up, telling me he’d watched the games, then telling me that Brax had been traded to the Grizzlies. “Yeah. We just got out of a meeting with Irvin Cunningham. He’ll officially be a Grizzly by practice tomorrow.” I heard Tom hum and began to prepare myself for whatever it was he was going to say next.
