Every man has his faults. I am no exception. And mine has long been my lack of patience with bullies and the cruel.

Sometimes the only thing keeping you safe from bullies is their fear of you. Barring that, they have to know they can’t hurt you or they’ll keep coming back.

I may have had the money to burn, but I didn’t like the idea of someone taking it from me at their own whims. Especially under the guise of “rules.” Those were invented by those in power to loot the powerless more often than not.
