Take your time. Jot some notes. Once you’ve identified what gets you right in the feels, keep going. Are there any obvious bridges between that issue/idea and people already doing the work? Find them. Say hello. Resist the urge to start something new and join something that’s already on the move. If that feels bigger than what you’re ready for, start by following two new voices on social media who speak into the particular issue of your heart. If they’ve written a book or designed an instructional course, buy it. (And then read it.)
