You & I, Rewritten

From the warm and spicy scent of his cologne to the clear strength behind his hold, I am in trouble with Graham.

I stare into the eyes of the man who literally just took my breath away and left me throbbing at the same time, who made the rest of the world slip away into oblivion.

Because if there is even a chance of more with Graham, that’s a leap of faith I’m more than willing to take.

And for the first time in my life, I feel like I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

“I’ve never believed in fate or in happily ever after’s. At least I didn’t until you came along, Will.”

“But loving you and knowing you love me back has fundamentally changed me. It’s like being seen for the first time ever. Like I am free of the man I thought I needed to be and I finally get to be who I’ve always wanted to be—happy, spontaneous and so hopelessly in love with the man of my dreams.”

“And if I have any say in the matter, I hope to be worthy of every second of your always.”
