If you launched right now, could you more or less send that press release into the world and have it be mostly true? If the answer is yes, then congratulations: your product is probably ready, or at least pretty close. You have achieved the core of your vision. Everything else is most likely a “nice to have,” not a priority. Of course, there’s a chance that since you started, you’ve had to pivot so much that the original press release is laughably off-base.
